1. Product Information

We try our best to display accurate product details and images. However, slight color or design differences may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or product variations.

2. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Luxe Zahra has the right to cancel orders if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • There’s a technical issue

  • Payment is declined

3. Shipping

  • We offer nationwide shipping in Pakistan.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Note:

  • No exchange on sale items, stitched dresses, or custom orders.

  • Customer will bear the return shipping costs.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders paid via credit/debit card can only be cancelled within 24 hours.

  • Instead of a refund, a coupon of equal value will be issued, valid for 60 days.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Your data is secure with us. We do not share your personal or payment information with third parties.

  • Credit/debit card details are not stored on our server.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including images, logos, and designs on our site is owned by Rmzey. You may not use them without written permission.
