Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds for any items. However, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or faulty.

  • The product received is different from the one originally ordered.

  • The package is missing items, such as tags, labels, or original packaging.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review your case. If your exchange is approved, a replacement of equal value will be issued and shipped to your address.

Important Note:

  • All shipping and handling charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount cannot be exchanged.

  • Unstitched items that have been altered are not eligible for exchange.

  • Wedding Wear, Couture, and M. Luxe Fabric items are non-exchangeable.

Order Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.
If you have paid via Credit Card or PayPal, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Instead of a refund, you will receive a coupon of equal value, which is valid for use within the next 60 days.

Rmzey reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Quality check issues

  • Technical errors

  • Declined payments

We do not store your credit card information, nor do we share your personal data with third parties.
